He started with military threats, and now he’s turned to tariffs. Keep saying no and he will back down. He is trying to bully you. He won’t cross the line because he is scared of military conflict, or we would already have boots on the ground in Venezuela. GW Bush, junior or senior, would have invaded Yemen to secure the shipping lanes. Trump is not that type of guy. He is a coward. He’s the type who will sucker punch you, hit you when your back is turned, and bully you for your lunch if nobody is looking too closely.
Just say NO. His attention span is limited, and he will focus on someone easier to bully after a few weeks. My bet is on Cuba. He will try again eventually, so stand up to him. Wan’t him to drop tarrif ? Drop lets say 10b of use bond on the market and he will get the message.
