Hi everyone,
Our house is a 4 bed, 2 bath with a kitchen and living room, but no dining area. We're considering removing a wall into a bedroom to make it the living area and our current living room into the dining area.
We live in Northwest Arkansas. Most of the houses around us are 3 bed, 2 bath. I have a construction background and would do all of the work myself.
What are your thoughts?
Thoughts on creating an opening into a bedroom to make more living space.
