Trustee buying and selling on the same day

I have been tracking a certain house for a while (90+ DOM). Suddenly, it was sold, and the buyer is a XXX trustee. I searched and discovered this same trustee has been buying houses all over the country but selling them on the same day for the same price. In one situation, it resold the house two weeks later for $5k less. The houses are in the $350-650k range. The house of my interest has not been resold yet. All houses are in very good, move-in condition. Very puzzled. Can anyone explain, please?
