I stamped the words in the stainless steel Rings now im wondering
is it a good idea to bury one of them?
And if so, does anyone have an idea how to package it so that it doesn’t rust?

I did too. It took AGES to stamp them all, but it’s done.
Your washers look huge, but I have used M8 washers 24mm and fit lovely inside pill capsule, like so:

I would suggest you split it and create 2 washer stacks, so 6 on each and have them both in different safe locations
And maybe a backup in another 2 locations incase something happens to one of them
Sell some and buy a nail clipper
