The past few days have thrown me off balance. I was already watching the charts, then the new releases from the Epstein files dropped and gold and silver crashed at the same time, and that combination made me rethink the whole risk mood out there. I could feel myself getting cautious because when headlines look messy and the usual safe assets fall apart, it spills into how I read the crypto market too. This is not financial advice. I am just saying how all of that landed on me and why the market feels shaky from my perspective.
My strategy now is built around keeping my head clear. When things look unstable I borrow only to avoid selling the assets I still believe in. I keep the loan size small and the buffer wide so I do not stress myself into bad decisions. I do this on nехо works for me, but the real work is staying disciplined. I am sharing this because it took me a long time to figure out how to stay calm in weeks like this.
Hope this may help anyone in a similar situation.
The market feels like it is having a midlife crisis and I am just trying to stay sane

Nothing about gold and silver is crashing. If anything the refuge values were exploding the last few months due to the clown in the White House crashing his country and now they’re reverting to corrected values

.
This is relatable. Weeks like this test patience more than strategy
