As the title suggests, I have the chase freedom unlimited card and have had the introductory 0% APR for 15 months and it's ends on the 10th. My due date for this statement is the 7th.
My question is, from the 10th to the next due date, the 7th of March, will I be charged interest on the balance I am carrying right now to be applied on the march statement? My plan was to pay the entire card off this month, either before the introductory period ends, or before the due date. Depends on if I do get interest applied to my current balance.
My statement says "we will not impose interest charges on any portion of a purchase balance you repay while that balance is subject to an interest-free period".
Does chase charge you for interest daily? Or do they charge if there is a balance at the time of the due date? I went into the bank to ask and was met with unsure eyes. No one really seemed to know the answer.
I will be calling chase and will provide their response in the comments later. So that anyone in the future can find out if they are also in this situation.
Will I be charged interest on my credit card if my due date is the 7th but the introductory 0% APR ends the 10th?

Any balance after the 10th is subject to interest charges. Interest accrues daily and billed monthly. Pay statement balance in full before the 10th and again moving forward to avoid any interest.
