But yeah there’s no accounting for how long anything in the court system takes. It will happen when it happens, barring unforeseen circumstances.

What’s the rush? I’m hoping they wait until RAP starts. Nobody’s making anyone stay in SAVE – people are free to exit the plan even before a judge signs the settlement.
