I'm looking for a daily newsletter that alerts you of new government policies and how it could potentially affect stocks and sectors, as well as a newsletter to track when congress members make substantial stock moves.
Free is ideal of course but if it's a paid newsletter and worth it, I'm open to it. Any recommendations?

I don’t know about a newsletter, but the ETFs NANC and KRUZ track reported stock trades by Congressional Democrats and Republicans, respectively.
SEC has EDGAR which lists all the filings made. Many by legislators. Unfortunately most of the rules allow the filings to be made after the transaction.
