Hello. It’s great to be here with this unnecessarily long post that is only this length due to the pointless mandatory length rule.
People who are young have not had 10 years of reasonable wages, affordable housing, and a stock market that had gained 15% per year to benefit them. Turns out that because of stagnant wages their housing amounts to over half of their income in many places and it has negatively impacted their lives.
Weirdly, people and the economy do better when they can afford excess after their housing and basic utilities are paid.
