I’m currently in a multiple offer situation. I received some offers that are flawed. For instance; on a cash offer I have a one page screen shot of a bank account that’s two months old. I need the PDF of the complete bank account with a current date on it. For all I know the bank account could’ve been emptied out Is it incumbent upon me to go back to the agent and tell him I need a current bank account in the form of a PDF? In other words is it up to me to coach them how to submit a valid offer?

      Is it a strong offer or middling?

      Id expect at least a statement ending 1/31
