I found a good way to share claims data + risk reports

Been struggling with how to present claims analysis to clients in a way they actually understand. I haven't been in this industry for long but I think I finally have a system that works.

I build dashboards that show their claims history, trends, and risk factors all in one view. Might not sound amazing to you but I spent a long time struggling to consolidate and simplify stuff. Now clients can actually see why their premiums are what they are instead of just taking our word for it, so transparency and trust are also big pluses here.
