Outlook on Nvidia and whats next

Nvidia has been largely flat since July 2025. I know it went up a considerate amount before then, but I was wondering what is the reason people seem to be shorting Nvidia. Why has the price stayed flat, even through some rounds of earnings? What do you guys expect will happen to Nvidia end of this year, and when will the next run up start.
