When will va home loan reform act be available to borrowers??!!

This program was signed into law on July 30 of last year. Today I called my mortgage servicer about applying for this and they said it’s not been rolled out to lenders as of yet. I called the VA directly and they said that they dont know either when it will be available to va loan holders. Does anybody have any information on when it’s supposed to start? My veteran husband died at the end of 2024 and my stupid mortgage company has been doing nothing but giving me a modification with a payment that’s $400 more. I’m at my wits end. Why is there no information on when this program will be implemented to help borrowers? In the meantime, veteran families could be losing their homes. The modifications that these lenders offer don’t always put you in a better position financially.
