The website is shit. Super shit.
I found my heartland key and try to access my 1098 T form, but every time I enter, the captcha refreshes and I have to reenter everything. I tried on my phone and other devices with the same results.
I made sure pop-ups are allowed, but still doesn’t work. Also, turned off any extensions that may be blocking, but it doesn’t work.
I am super fed up with the website right now and whoever created that website.

I was able to log in, but it did do the weird refresh once and then when it did it again it sent me to an updated webpage, so maybe that is it.
