Oh my god i am so pissed off at Synchrony bank credit Cards. They now charge a paper statement fee $2.99 per month. And they keep charging me even though i've already request to switch to electronic bank statement. I called customer service and they said, oh, that's because we don't have your email on file. TOTAL BULLSH*T! I just received an email from them that my payment was made. Total assholes.

I’m with you, OP. Fuck Synchrony.
had a store card with them for like 3 years, i didnt ever have a high utilization on it and its been paid in full for awhile. limit was $800, they cut it to $100 on Monday for absolutely no reason. Then denied me requesting a limit increase. I ended up closing it because wtf am i supposed to do with that?
Thanks for the warning! You should definitely keep complaining about the fee.
