Lifetime aggregate loan limit

Hello. I went to school years ago used all of my undergraduate aid. I don’t qualify for private loans .. my Pell is maxed out. Just now at a community college retaking my pre requisite for nursing . Any hope for aid . I live in dallas would like to know your experience if in my situation just trying to move forward wit my life. Pls don’t be negative thanks
