I'm planning to launch my first ever product this weekend but I'm a bit scared to not ruin everything with beginner mistakes. hearing yours could help me not repeat them. and what would you do better if you were doing it at this moment?
What was the silliest and costly mistake you made when you launched your first product, And what would you do better if you had a chance to go back it time?

the product is a software product, what are the common mistakes during launch?
The most expensive thing you can build is a perfect solution to a problem nobody has.
yeah definitely been there. spent too long perfecting stuff nobody cared about. just ship it and learn from real users, you’ll iterate way faster that way. good luck with the launch!
