Wondering if it's common to have a $100 fee listed in section 9 a of the Mandatory Real Estate Relationship Disclosure. Essentially for a number of reasons like closing or backing out of a sale, if the seller does not cover this $100 fee the buyer will be responsible. Is this typical?

It would be great to know where you’re located.
This is one of those things where it’s not done everywhere so you need to ask somebody who is in your region
For example, I’ve never heard of this
OP there are 50 states with their own forms, and within those states plenty of local boards or brokerages that use their own forms. So nobody knows what form you’re referring to.
