Now he is leading the most brutal chocking of the country in decades. Gotta make some sort of noise to call a “win” in terms of foreign relations. I always say that Castro’s sin was confiscating american assets. Cuba could be a Caribbean China or like Mexico… cheap labor 100 miles away. Instead they have lived under low intensity siege for decades.
