The markets have made a slight rebound, as Bitcoin is currently trading just under $38,000 at the time of writing, which is up 7% in the week and Ethereum is up trading at $2,550, which is just about break even in the past 7 days. Despite the sideways actions, there is still an uneasiness in the crypto world, especially in crypto twitter, as people are uncertain if we are heading towards a bear market or if we will rebound sharply after trading sideways for an extended period of time. While the market decides where it wants to go, macro investor Raoul Pal is emphatic that many institutional investors are chomping at the bit to get into crypto, but are having difficulties with pulling the trigger because of the challenges of putting Bitcoin or Ethereum on their balance sheet.
