“Something Big is Happening” pretty wild how it’s going viral. Also damn lots of truths.
I have stopped trying to explain what’s happening in AI to family members.
We use AI on the daily basis on our businesses saves us a lots of money and time. Can’t imagine building anything now without the agents.
but not building an AI company (fomo’ed there for a second)
Also what’s going on with that senior Anthropic person who left ?? He thinks we’re f**ed haha!!!

The key insight from that essay is that we’re past the “AI will change everything” phase and into the “AI is changing everything right now” reality. Most founders I talk to are still thinking about AI as a future consideration rather than a current competitive advantage, which is honestly wild when you look at the productivity gains available today. We use something I’m building called Brew for all our email campaigns now and it’s cut our email prep time from hours to literally minutes, but the bigger picture is that every workflow in your business probably has an AI upgrade waiting if you just start experimenting. The companies winning right now aren’t the ones building AI products, they’re the ones using AI to build better products faster than their competitors.
