I posted this in r/biltrewards, but couldn't seem to find a definite answer. Hoping the people or r/CreditCards can help me before I waste a hard inquiry on an Atmos card.
I saw from an old post that rent can only be earned on one property per Bilt account. However, I have a question about a unique scenario that might change things for me, and it has to do with my little (college) brother's rent.
Could I pay for my rent with an Atmos card, have my brother pay his rent through his Bilt account with the same (my) Atmos card, and I earn 3x on both of our rents?
