Ultra high Radon in water

[US] are very high Radon levels manageable? I’m currently in the due diligence process of a home inspection as a buyer, where extremely high Radon levels (>75,000 pCi/l) were identified in the water test. I’m being told that Radon in well water is common with this being the Granite state of New Hampshire.

Nonetheless, I can’t help but wonder even after installing a mitigation system if this is still concerning (I’m told it will remove 95-99%).
