I just lost my deposit in the crypto market, what should I do next?

I've been trading for about four years now. I've studied many different courses and traded constantly, but I haven't had much success. I just lost my last deposit. I have no idea what to do next. I don't have a primary source of income, and it's hard for me to find a full-time job due to my multiple sclerosis diagnosis. I feel like my life is over.
