I would have loved to post a screenshot to explain but can’t attach photos in this sub. I have to decertify by March and despite using different browsers, different computers, and even my phone, when I click into the process to re-certify on their website I get this glitchy first page that does not function with a bunch of empty and unlabeled text boxes. Pulling out my hair about this and not sure what to do. Any tips?
Anyone else having trouble with pages having non-functional text boxes when trying to recertify IBR on studentaid.gov

It’s common for them to do maintenance on the weekends. I recommend trying again tomorrow or the next day (because of the holiday)
