I bet on the 15-minute market, the closing time was favorable to me (UP) and then (hundredths of a second later), they pushed it down.
It would have been my word against theirs, but I took a screenshot at the EXACT MOMENT.

Shocking, truly.
1000s of people get “scammed” there daily lol. Yet I somehow manage to beat it.
In reality, you are just lagging and get swiped by fast bots who know the price change before it gets to you because the whole thing is delayed. Including the chart on your screenshot.
Look, if ~10 seconds before the round is over, the “opposite” to you side is more expensive – you are getting swiped in the last 2secs with huge probability.
Never enter these trades if the time is super low and the difference between current price and price to beat is below 60$ or so.
Do a check – when you are in position, notice your profit under the chart next to share count and what not. Then notice how these numbers predict the price movement by at least 1.5 secs. They start running before the chart price displayed to you.
At this point, if you did not notice this – all is left for you is complain.
Betting on bitcoin going up or down on a 15 minute timeline is peak degeneracy
Why bet on something that can be and is manipulated? There are so many ways to make money out there.
File a FINRA complaint. Good luck with that.
