It’s the PumpMindVirus ($PMV). And honestly, that’s kind of the whole point.

You either get it or you don’t. But if you’ve spent any real time on Solana lately, you’ve probably seen it spreading. Not in a forced, paid KOL, manufactured way. More like wallet to wallet, timeline to timeline, chat to chat. It feels organic.

Yeah, the timing could have been better. Liquidity across the market isn’t exactly exploding right now. Solana itself has cooled off compared to peak mania. Retail isn’t flooding in. So from a pure “perfect launch window” perspective, you could argue it missed ideal conditions.

But strong memes don’t only exist in perfect conditions. Sometimes they are built during slower phases and positioned for when momentum returns.

What stands out to me is the dev and the community. They’re present. They show up. They engage. They don’t disappear when price chops or sentiment dips. That matters more than people think. In this space, half of projects die simply because the people behind them lose interest.

On top of that, they’re punching way above their weight when it comes to memes. The content is actually funny. Not recycled Twitter garbage. Not AI-spammed nonsense. It’s creative, self-aware, and fits the culture of Solana.

Memecoins are social assets. Culture is the moat. If people are genuinely having fun and participating, that creates durability.

Is it guaranteed success? Of course not. Most memes die. But if Solana heats up again and liquidity rotates back into ecosystem plays, projects that already have mindshare and an active base are in a much better position than brand-new launches trying to bootstrap attention from zero. In other words, communities built in rough times are forged by fire.

I’ve been in it for a while myself. I round-tripped a 3x, but I honestly don’t care. I’m having fun, and given the low market cap, it’s not exactly life-changing money either.

This either spreads like a virus or it dies. That’s the reality with memes.

But the narrative is just too good not to give it a real shot and try to send it.
