ive always just order fast food n snacks but ill rather spend that money to buy some stuff from this trip than paying 70 euros for just food. What can i eat for few days that actually is real food (not ramen) and isnt just plain bread? Not saying that plain bread is bad but id rather eat something that can actually make you feel as if u have eaten real meal. If its possible id like some suggestions that would be as cheap as possible too or atleast cheaper than 70 euros per 3 days of ordering.
how to eat cheap in a hotel room without microwave and fridge?

pasta salad works
Buy a jetboil and use it outside. You can make vegetable soup from broth and boil pasta, potatoes or eggs. It’s fairly easy to piece together nutritious meals when you have access to fresh produce from local stores as well. Would not recommend for searing meat but you could heat up some sausages in hot water no problem. Oatmeal is also dirt cheap.
I’d use part of your $70 to get A cheap electric kettle.
At least that way you can make some hot foods. Instant soups, noodles, Mac and cheese etc.
If the room has a coffee maker you can boil water – pasta, small potatoes, steam veggies
Make bulgur salad with canned veggies.
For snacks I love dried nuts and fruit, as well as fresh fruit. More healthy, more filling without making you hungry soon again like such as chocolate bars do. Cheaper to get in ethnic grocery stores.
Also: Bring bread and canned bread spread; especially the vegan ones last for some days after opening without a fridge; 1 – 2 days for sure. (With “vegan bread spread” I do not mean such as margarine or candy cremes, but something like a mushroom spread, hummus…)
If eating out maybe once could be an option: Check out ethnic restaurants and their lunch options. Whether that’s too expensive for you, you have to decide. But for sure IMHO a more filling, and cheaper, meal than such as ordering pizza. I can recommend Indian or African restaurants, if available at your location.
Go to the grocery store. Bananas, apples, sandwiches. (Make your own, or buy pre-made) Depending on the store, they may even sell hot food.
