    1. The government should just mandate that any company doing over x dollars in revenue must be mandated to go public and file with the ftc. These pre ipo company shares are a breeding ground for scams and abuse

    2. One day their going to announce a 24/7 livestream where a guy flips a quarter on camera and viewers and purchase options on head or tails shares.

    3. Retail getting pre-IPO access is a trap. Insiders dump on retail at the IPO pop. Institutions already have their shares at better prices. Wait for the lockup period to expire then buy if the fundamentals are solid. Dont chase IPO hype. The easy money is already made

    4. The irony of buying pre ipo shares of a pre ipo fund.

      I expect this fund to absolutely facerip before spy collapses 50%.
