I’m going to MWC in a few weeks and I’m trying to not repeat last year. Last year I basically just showed up and tried to network and it was a complete failure.
This time I want to actually line up a few meetings before I go but I don’t know what the normal timing is or what helps people prep beforehand.
Like do you reach out a month before? 2 weeks? A few days?
I can't afford to go unprepared a second time, put me on game pls.
How far in advance do you reach out before a conference?

Good question. 2 to 3 weeks has been the sweet spot for me. Too early and people forget, too late and they’re already booked or checked out. Keep it short and human
