The Ledger Nano X and Ledger Nano S are two very popular cryptocurrency hardware wallets. So which one is actually the best and what are the differences?

    Ledger Nano S:
    $60
Up to 20 assets can be stored on the Nano S(but sometimes just 3 or 4)
Micro USB used to power the device and connect to a computer
No battery inside the Nano S
    16g total weight
Must use desktop or laptop to send and receive bitcoin, ethereum, etc.

    Ledger Nano X:
    $120
Bluetooth for mobile payments via Ledger Live app
Up to 100 assets (only 27 available I think)
    Double the screen
    USB-C
    8 hr battery
    32g
New shortcuts – hold to go home
Chip is one gen newer, but Ledger promises they are both super secure
Could be less secure since you have your phone with you

Ledger recommends an S at home as a backup, and then an X for on the go payments

    Hardware wallets (new vs old)
