Hi

I've been building a tool that helps businesses stop chasing clients for documents and missing out on contracts they never knew existed.

One email request via this tool to reach all your clients/suppliers, It keep reminding those who havent finished submissions.

You send clients/suppliers a link via email, they upload what's needed, sign digitally, fill smart forms on their phone/desktop. Everything lands in one place, organised and tracked. No more back and forth. AI groups them, ranks them, classify them.

AI features also include Form generation, PDF to Form convertion, Email drafting.

There's also a bit that finds tenders and contracts automatically for people in construction and manufacturing, so you're not manually trawling portals every morning.

It's not perfect yet but I'm genuinely curious, does anyone here deal with this kind of document chaos or missed opportunities in their business?

    1. You mention building a tool to organize document collection and find tenders, but i bet there’s already a bunch of solutions in that space. I built [validspark.com](http://validspark.com) because I wasted months chasing unvalidated ideas that seemed promising but weren’t. Maybe you’re just adding features to a crowded market without knowing if anyone actually needs it.
