I noticed I spent the most on food when I constantly tried new recipes.
Now I rotate a small set of cheap staples and just change flavors week to week. Oh and one habit I tried to change ASAP was to go shopping with an empty stomach 😂 at these moments I always preferred chocolate over anything else
Less waste, fewer impulse grocery trips, and way less decision fatigue.
Does someone else feel this way?
The biggest money saver for me wasn’t coupons, it was simplifying what I eat
