Just reviewed this page and wanted to inquire. Are there any policies in place that differ between the three countries that would warrant Canada to have such a high public service employment relative to Japan and Singapore?
Are we comparing apples to apples? I saw that Norway and Sweden, countries I would typically consider comparable to Canada, have almost the same amount of public service employment as a percentage of the overall population.
I'd love some analysis on this.
