Someone is using my house for rental scam so I can’t get insurance. What can I do?

don’t know if anyone can help me here, if not tell me what sub to post in because idk what to do. But I can’t get insurance because of someone posting my house for rent, so progressive just refunded me without even notifying me that my insurance will be cancelled. I called and they said they can’t do anything unless the scammer removes the listings. why cant I just prove to them I’m living here? like my bills I pay?

can I report the company that is scamming people to police? or do I need evidence that they scammed someone?
