I have 10 Ronzoni 16 oz. pasta boxes of various varieties and the weight is coming up about a half an ounce short (13g) on all of them. Box weight not counted. I tried two different scales. Does pasta evaporate or is Ronzoni pulling a fast one?
Varieties weighed: Penne Rigate, Ziti Rigate, Medium Shells, Small Rigatoni.
Maybe just a bad batch?
