I always put "Reddit" at the end of my search engine content and found these great threads of different ways to combine old soap pieces laying around that I felt too guilty to toss. So wasteful. Many were "Just wet them a bit and press them together, it's not difficult…" but I wanted a more refined product. Cheese grater, a bit of water, patience with 'Power Level 1' in the microwave and voila! Yes, I'm proud of myself.

Not sure how fast your household goes through soap, but I bought 8 bars for $5.48 (they’re still at that price) about two months ago and am still not even halfway through the first. They’ll last me through to the end of the year. I use this bar at least twice a day.

    2. I look at that huge think and wonder how many small pieces of end of soap that were left over that you had to make that big thing. Great idea but, I just place my old small piece onto the next bar of soap so no waste, no extra work.

I knitted a soap bag out of some leftover cotton. Stick the ends in it—pre-soaped washcloth.

As someone who makes soap for a living just get a sisal soap bag – like $3 and last forever

    5. Yall know you can get free soap basically anywhere, right? Most people just leave it out on the counter and you can just pocket the bar or squeeze it into a bottle. I carry a bottle on me at all times in case I come across a valuable liquid
