I got rear ended while stationary provided information got the information I needed filed a police report and submitted my claim then left the scene. The other party that hit me are now contacting me saying they don't have my information, do I need to provide it?

If you’ve already filed with the at fault party’s insurance, you do not need to provide any information to the other party. Generally, the other party doesn’t need your information at all and you definitely don’t want to send them your insurance information. The only reason you might want to send them anything is if they are filing with their insurance and are asking for your contact info to send to their insurance but you can just do this yourself if you have their info.
