Has anyone ever had a fabricated loan, made up by Navient, who claimed a private loan was made to you as a freshman in college in 2008 for 22,706, and called you in 2022 to start making payments on it, ( a 14 year grace period ) and gave it to MOHELA, who has inconsistent, and incomplete records, and has no idea who received the funds?
I hope not! BUT I have filed a complaint with CFPB, my State Attorney General, have proof from Brusar University records that no loan was ever received by University of Illinois, and tons of other proof, and have just been told by Chicago's top Consumer Protection Firm that they are declining, respectfully, to take my case!!
Unbelievable! and impossible to explain, but I now have to sue them ON MY OWN!!!
And MOHELA has a 10 count Class Action Lawsuit filed against them just recently for all kinds of terrible things by 3 consumer protection agencies, and this sinful act is not even mentioned!!
