Chase Sapphire Re-Application

This is probably a stupid question and will likely not even get posted but I hope it will.

Basically I'm about to travel and need to get the Chase Sapphire Preferred ASAP so I can book travel before prices go up and I applied the other day, got an email basically letting me know hey were reviewing your application, however its been like 3 days and I know I need to be patient but like I do need it urgently (I know bad planning on my end sorry)

I called the number on the back of my Freedom Unlimited and they said they didn't see an application under the SSN I gave them.

I also see "You're already approved" for the CSP and CSR and others

Basically im asking you guys do I A) Wait for application to go through. B) Call and ask again, C) Re-Apply through Chase website, or D) something else?
