Im looking for ideas on how to make some “Human kibble”. I want a human kibble that, just like dog kibble is suppose to provide everything a creature needs to be healthy and regular. I’m looking for something cheap and easy that I can prepare once to twice a week. I’m not very knowledgeable on nutrition and I prefer not to use AI. I was thinking something along the lines of a ground meat (or fake meat) with beans, rice and eggs? But again I wanna hear some ideas!

I recommend including a multivitamin with whatever you end up choosing. Pennies a day are well worth it to avoid scurvy!
Just get beef jerky, chop it up, and dump it into a bag of trail mix. Voila!
Some combination of rice beans and meat is probably a decent starting point. Add seasoning as required
Ground meat with beans and rice is a start, I probably wouldn’t add eggs to that. You’ll need vegetables though, so I might add the mixed frozen ones
Ancient Native Americans called it pemmican
It’s basically just dried meat mixed with animal fat and berries. Lasts years.
If you do go that route, definitely take a multivitamin
If you can handle sweets try looking up energy ball recipes
This is the third post I’ve seen today about human kibble. Never heard of it before and now I see it every time I open reddit. What is happening
Meat, veg, starch/grain. And seasonings. Thats it
make little meatballs out of ground beef and put them in the food dehydrator.
I call red beans and rice with snausages bachelor chow.
Fried rice with eggs is basically the same. Just add whatcha got.
Stews are good too.

I would plan on at least two different meals. You’re not going to get everything in one meal without just throwing in a dozen ingredients that might not go together. But here would be an easy day to meal prep and repeat:
Green juice/ smoothie: spinach/ leafy greens, yogurt/milk, protein powder, 2-3 other fruits/veggies. Can make a few batches and decant into bottles a couple times a week.
Chili: beans, tomatoes, peppers, onions, corn, meat (optional). Can make big batch in crockpot, even eat over rice or pasta if you want.
Primate kibble is a thing. I just checked and you can buy a variety on amazon (then go to the manufacturer and buy it there).
I’ve eaten the Purina stuff when camping in the past. Besides needing salt, it wasn’t that bad and didn’t need cooking or refrigeration.
Look up Soylent Green.
My version is a can of tuna (gotta watch the amount you eat due to mercury tho) mixed with coleslaw, kimchi, mayo, and mustard wrapped in a high fiber flour tortilla.
