I applied for borrower defense from one of the schools that was recently named in the Sweet/Cardona lawsuit but I missed the post class deadline by a few months.
I officially hit the 3 year deadline a few days ago but haven't heard a peep. Anyone else in this situation? Have you head anything?

This administration doesn’t like to review borrow defense applications. They prefer discharging them against their will via class action lawsuit.
I am not aware of a deadline for decisions if you missed the post class deadline
