FASFA account not working?

I’ve been trying to apply for my FASFA for days, I log in and it puts me on the confirm contact information screen, and then kicks me to an error “studentaid.gov is unavailable.”

I’ve contacted support, they kept bouncing me around to different departments before they bounced me back to the main menu and were completely no help at all.

Does anyone know a fix for this??
