If you use your own condiments to go with the rotisserie chicken, what ingredients do you use to create them?

    Do you use a lot of store-bought condiments other than the bottled spices (like black pepper, Rosemary, Italian seasoning)? Do you think they – such as sauces, add up to a quite a bit money? I agree that spices are very pricey. But they last for a long time.
