Should I go into £160,000 debt for Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering?

I got an offer from University of Edinburgh for 3 year bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, and I cannot afford 160,000 out of my pocket. So, should I go into debt because I don't want to pull my family into this and I want to fund it on my own if I'm going for this uni?
