Breakfast

    – 3 eggs

    – Fruit (I like to mix it up)

    – Vitamin

    – A bit of turkey

    – Free black coffee at work

    Snack

    Fruit and some cheese

    Lunch

    – Rice

    – Peas or some other vegetables

    – A bit of hot sauce

    – A bit of minced beef

    – Chicken breast

    – Beans

    – Protein shake

    I like to switch it up every few weeks or so. That way I can keep a nice balanced diet. Costco is the GOAT btw

    How are my go to meals? I've been meal-prepping and I'd say it's pretty decent.
