$120 budget, any electric toothbrush recs?

My dentist told me to add a water flosser to my routine and now I’ve been staring at electric toothbrushes and flossers for like a week and my brain is fried.

Budget is around $120 total for everything, but I don’t wanna blow it on dumb smart features I’ll never use. I’ve got a Laifen hair dryer I really like, and now I keep seeing their toothbrush around too.

Ideally I’d like something that’ll last a few years, not die right after the warranty, and doesn’t lock me into super expensive heads.

Any brands to go for/avoid so I don’t waste the money?
