Is anyone else not able to log in to their nelnet account? It’s as if my account never existed…. I went to FSA to see if they changed my loan servicer but it’s still nelnet and says I have a payment due on the 10th which I knew but why can’t I access my account at all? I’ve tried resetting it, creating a new account, clear browser cache, incognito mode, etc… is this happening to anyone else?
On FSA there’s a notice that says “A federal court issues an injunction preventing the implementation of the SAVE Plan and sorts of other income-driven repayment plans. As a result, your IDR payment count and payment history are temporarily unavailable. Stay up-to-date on court actions affecting IDR plans: student aid.gov/courtactions” what did this even mean? Is this why my account is unavailable? It’s just weird that it’s as if my account doesn’t exist AT ALL.
I just want to pay my on loans… I’m at a loss of what to do.

I’ll get on a loop of all the screen acknowledgments when I try to login. When that happens I use a differ device and have no issues getting in.

It worked just a few hours ago at like 8AM CT. I just made my account today. Hope this isn’t a recurring problem. They need to fix this.
Try going to the Sloan Servicing website. My loans are Nelnet, but my payment servicing was switched to Sloan. Everything else still says Nelnet, but I had to create an account on Sloan to get to payments.
Just checked and login is working normally for our account.
