Kicked off SAVE forbearance

I recently discovered that I must commence making payments next month on PAYE. I had been on SAVE forbearance until yesterday. I received an email from Nelnet informing me that my payments would start in April. I contacted Nelnet, and since I allegedly granted studentloan.gov permission for recertification, my income was automatically recertified, and I was placed on PAYE automatically. Does this sound legitimate? Is there anything I can do? I was hoping to endure this SAVE mess until these idiots get their act together.
