I have a private loan with Meritize ($75,250) and have gained $25,000 in interest with a fixed 15%. I have to start making payments this May at $2300 a month for 5 years.
I have a 745 credit score but I hardly make any money $1800/m doing aerial surveying. I have part time grunt work jobs I do to try to make more, it’s just not guaranteed.
I’ve already put $3,000 on a credit card with $25,000 limit and have another $4,000 left on my federal loan for college. All in I’m about $110,000 in debt while making $20,000 a year.
I genuinely don’t know what to do while I’m in my time building hours to get to the airlines.
Literally any advice helps.
